The tang goes through almost the entire width of the handle, giving the knife stability and rigidity.

We have paid special attention to the handle shape: the grip should fill the hand without being bulky and offer a shape that ensures safety while working with the knife. We achieved this by making the handle from thermoplastic rubber: the better the grip, the less fatigue for your hands. Additionally, the handle is easy to maintain clean as it has no grooves or dents. Please note that this knife is not suited for cutting frozen food or chopping bones, as this will inevitably result in a broken or bent edge.
