The Kolt knife is probably our best knife for filleting dried meat or cutting sausages. No other knife is as good as the KK when it comes to slicing thin pieces of dried, smoked meat, or sausages. Of course, the knife can be used for much more, and the simple reason is its practical size. In its original design, the Kolt knife had a very simple blade cover. However, many KK knife fans were interested in a traditionally shaped leather sheath. Now, Fällkniven offers the KK knife with the finest quality black leather sheath. A small Zytel cover for the blade is also included.
